7. Advertising platform and customer data disclosures

If you use Versaunt to connect ad accounts, configure pixels, upload customer lists, send conversion events, or run remarketing, custom audience, lookalike, attribution, or measurement workflows, you instruct us to process and disclose the relevant data to the applicable platform or service provider.

You are responsible for providing legally sufficient notices, obtaining required consents, honoring opt-outs, maintaining substantiation, and complying with platform policies before providing personal information to Versaunt or directing us to transmit it to Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, or another platform.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, performance, support, attribution, and, where enabled, advertising measurement. Our Cookie Policy provides more detail.

On the public homepage, we may use visitor analytics or business-identification technologies to understand company-level interest in Versaunt. These technologies are not intended to track logged-in product activity unless separately disclosed.

You can control cookies through browser settings and, where available, in-product or site-level consent tools. Blocking cookies may affect site functionality, login, analytics, or connected workflows.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on your location and relationship with Versaunt, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us.

If we process personal information on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to that customer or process it according to the customer's instructions. To make a request, email privacy@versaunt.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

10. U.S. state privacy notices

Some U.S. state privacy laws provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of certain profiling, limit use of sensitive personal information, and appeal decisions. The exact rights depend on your state and whether the law applies to Versaunt or to our customer.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be considered "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a "sale" under certain laws. You may contact privacy@versaunt.com with "Privacy Opt-Out" in the subject line to make a state privacy request.

Retention periods vary by data type, account settings, customer instructions, legal requirements, and operational needs.

We may retain aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, backup, security, and legal-record information for longer where permitted by law.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, least-privilege practices, and provider security controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

14. Third-party websites and services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, apps, platforms, APIs, and services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, content, terms, or platform decisions.
