we're hiring a founding go-to-market engineer.
we're Versaunt (versatile + savant). we build autonomous, self-learning AI agents that create, run, and optimize advertising for businesses across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.
we just closed our pre-seed. now we're building the team that helps us scale. we don't hire often. so this is a rare one.
you'd be one of our first go-to-market hires, working directly with me, Keylem Collier and my cofounder Greg Steckel. no layers, no bureaucracy. you run a motion, it ships, pipeline moves the same week.
what you'd be doing
this is a builder role, not a slide-deck role. you'll own outbound from first principles: finding the right accounts, writing the messages, running the sequences, picking up the phone, and learning fast from what converts.
we care deeply about modern GTM tooling. you'll live in tools like Trigify.io for social listening and audience signaling, HeyReach for LinkedIn outbound, and email sequencers like Instantly and Smartlead. if you've only done 'marketing' without ever feeling pipeline pressure, this isn't the fit.
you should be comfortable with the unglamorous work: cold calls, follow-ups, tight messaging iterations, and showing up every day with energy. door-to-door or high-volume outbound experience is a plus because it means you already know what rejection feels like and you kept going.
who we want
someone hungry. incredibly motivated, incredibly competitive with themselves, and looking for a startup where their output is visible immediately.
we especially want to hear from people who've done real outbound: cold calling, founder-led sales, SDR work that wasn't just clicking buttons, or early GTM at a venture-backed startup where you had to figure it out without a playbook.
- you've used Trigify.io or similar social listening / signal tools
- you've run LinkedIn outbound (HeyReach or equivalent)
- you've built or managed cold email sequences (Instantly, Smartlead, or similar)
- you've sold B2B before and understand why messaging and ICP matter
important context
this is going to be hard. 50-60 hour weeks are the norm here. everyone on the team is already working them. we move fast, the bar is high, and the work is demanding.
we want people who want the grind. the upside: small team, real ownership, interesting AI category, and meaningful equity for the right person.
logistics
- full time, starting late june/early july
- 100% in person in Midtown, Atlanta. this is not hybrid and not remote. if you don't live in Atlanta or aren't ready to move here, please don't apply.
- salary + equity + insurance + benefits
- occasional team retreats where we travel and build together for about a week at a time.
